In order to generate the most traffic, and highest possible price we will continue to offer up to 3% to the buyer’s agent. This means the maximum commission paid out to sell your home will be 4%, instead of the customary 6% commission. Additionally, if we represent the buyer in the transaction, then the total commission is just 2%.
